A lone mooring post stands tall in the lagoon waters, flush to its fluid surface: the palina, as it’s known in the Venetian lingo. It’s one of the iconic symbols of Venice, found along the city’s many streets and canals. We perhaps don’t always appreciate they’re there, but it’s hard to forget what they look like. This design is just the same – the furniture’s own “palina” becomes the support for the PALINA collection.
